Publishing your Fictitious Business Name Statement

Publishing your FBN with us is easy. 

The fee is $65 ($7.00 for each additional DBA/Owner per statement). This includes your four weeks of publishing required by the County of Orange. Once your 4 weeks of publishing is complete, we will mail affidavits to the county and to you for your records. That’s all you need to do!

If you’ve already filed for your FBN with the county and have your certified copy, simply email us legals@localnewspapers.org or call us at 619-445-3280 and one of our experienced staff members will contact you to confirm your details and for pre-payment. Please make sure to include your phone number so we can contact you promptly.

Publishing Your Name Change Statement

We can help you publish your Name Change Statement.

To publish your Name Change, it is $115 for one name and $10 for each additional name per case number. We will publish your statement for 4 consecutive weeks as required by the court.
